Thank you!
The holidays are always hard when it comes to getting everything done AND exercising and eating right! The best thing you can do for your semester schedules is make a plan in the first week and stick to it for the whole semester! I also believe in moderation. I think you can completely enjoy the Christmas dinners without going overboard. You can try everything and fill up without doing seconds and full helpings.

Hi Amy! I love your show by the way.
Holidays are actually a weird balance for me. I work and study based on a semester schedule so the last 3 weeks of December are pretty much free of work and study most years. This usually means I actually exercise more in December than October and November combined. The Christmas dinners are a difficult time though because I have to go to TWO family dinners, plus Christmas parties from both work and school. This year I've missed most Christmas parties because they happened while I was still studying... only one party to go to. And one of the family Christmas dinners will be healthier because everyone is trying to be healthy this year.
This year I'll probably have a little bit of everything and try not to feel guilty. I'll eat throughout the day but very little, just enough to not be hungry. If I exercise the days before Christmas, I'll definitely feel much better about eating so much food.
